My parents took the grandkids, Tracie, Kati, and me to Disneyland this week. It was quite an adventure traveling with 7 kids (including 3 two-year-olds!). It was a ton of work, but the kids had a blast. Ava rode all of the big kid rides - Space Mountain, Thunder Mountain Railroad, Splash Mountain, and the Matterhorn. Lilly rode her first roller coaster in Toon Town and followed it up with her first ride on the Matterhorn.
The last day we took a quick trip to Newport Beach. We rented bicycle surrey's and pedaled along the ocean. We ate lunch on the beach and saw dolphins.
When we got home, Tyler took me on a tour through the house. He replaced the majority of the light bulbs with energy saving bulbs. He explained how he decided on each bulb, and unloaded all the details about the previous vs. the current wattage. I think it's safe to say he missed us and found a worthwhile project to keep himself busy. I can't wait to see the savings on our next PG&E bill.

What a fun trip! You really packed it all in and I am so impressed you did it without Ty. Those girls are lucky to have you!
Oh, and that picture of you in Newport is a framer!
