Our ski week turned into a very different kind of week when baby girl came down with RSV and landed in the hospital. Lilly had a bad cold that turned into pneumonia the week prior to our trip. The cold was probably RSV and she most likely gave it to Naomi. We were in the brand new hospital in Park City form Tuesday to Friday. It was the fanciest hospital I've ever seen and we were treated really well. Still, it wasn't where I wanted to be.
Tyler flew out first thing, and was kept busy taking care of the girls and relieving me so I could leave the hospital occasionally for a shower and to check in with Ava and Lilly. By Friday Naomi no longer needed oxygen, and my family had left Park City, so we went to Tyler's parents' house for the weekend while she continued recovering.
We came home to beautiful spring weather. The daffodils and trees are blooming, and florescent green grass is popping out of the ground. I finally feel like I can take a deep breath of fresh spring air and relax, so relieved to have a healthy baby again.
