Travel Intinerary

Most of you are probably sick of these posts on my Morocco trip, but because my blog is the only form of journaling that works for me, I'm just going to summarize our trip itinerary.

Thursday 10/25 - Fly girls out to Utah - by myself! They were great on the plane.
Friday 10/26 - Fly back home, finish packing, catch an evening flight to London
Saturday 10/27 - Lovely London! Walk to Leicester square, eat some Indian food, watch the new musical, Desperately Seeking Susan.
Sunday 10/28 - Speaker's Corner, Harrods, Trafalgar Square, Churchill War Museum, Wagamamma's
Monday 10/29 - Early flight to Marrakech. Tour of Koranic school, hamman, and souk. Carriage ride to dinner in amazing home that was converted to a restaurant, with belly dancing and traditional Moroccan music.
Tuesday 10/30 - Tour of Mulley's house. Lunch on lake. Bike to foothills of Atlas mountains. Scariest drive ever into Atlas mountains to hotel.
Wednesday 10/31 - Hike to Berber village. Afternoon reading by the pool.
Thursday 11/1 - Drive almost to Essouira, bike to town. Henna tattoos. Drinks and dinner looking on the Atlantic.
Friday 11/2 - Shopping and reading on the beach. Camel ride on the beach. Tour of the medina. More shopping.
Saturday 11/3 - Drive back to Marrakech, shopping in the souk, fly back to London.
Sunday 11/4 - Fly back to SF and catch another plane to SLC to pick up the girls.
Monday 11/5 - Lots of hugging and kissing the girls. Fly home.

A hammam is a communal bath house. A souk is a market.

Fascinating! I love traveling to different parts of the world. We never really made it out of Europe this time- though maybe some day. Jared really wants to go to Jerusalem some time.

I loved reading about your trip.
